The information you enter in the Assessment and Quote request forms: identity, contact details, nationality, occupation, the nature of your need and your message. These forms do not collect any document.
Documents you send us
When your file requires it, we send you a personal link, valid for a limited time, that lets you send us your documents: passport, ID card, photos, supporting paperwork. These documents are delivered by email to the EasyExpats team, through our email delivery provider. They are not stored on the website.
Use
This information and these documents are used solely to handle your request and your file, and to contact you back. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Documents are only shared with the authorities involved in your procedure.
Retention
Requests and documents are kept for as long as needed to handle your file and follow up on the relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the contact address shown on this website.
